- Cancellation Policy: 1 week cancelation policy. If you call us at least 1 week prior to your arrival we will only charge you for 1 nights stay if you cancel. If within that week we will charge you for all the nights you reserved. We will try to re rent all the nights that you reserved and give you credit for the nights that we do. Otherwise you are responsible for all the nights that you booked.(SOME SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS HAVE A DIFFERENT CANCELATION POLICYS MAKE SURE TO ASK BEFORE RESERVING)
