Captains Cove Motel PetPolicy

• We have 1 room that we allow a single dog in only up to 40lbs. When making your reservation please make sure that our designated pet room is available.
• We have a $10.00 per night pet fee. If there is any damage or accidents caused by your pet a $250.00 Deep Cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card.
• Your dog is to go behind the motel to do its business and you need to clean up after it and dispose of it in the dumpster behind the motel.
• At no time can your dog be left unattended in your room for any reason.
• In consideration of all our other guests your dog needs to be on a leash at all times and not bother other guests with barking our being overfriendly.
• If your pet causes damage to our property or that of another guest or are too disruptive, are not properly attended to, or demonstrate undue aggression you will be asked to remove your pet from the premise immediately with no refunds.
• All our rooms shall be serviced every day to maintain our health and cleanliness standards.
• We reserve the right to access our rooms every day for housekeeping, maintenance and for safety and security.

If you fail to comply with the above rules and regulations you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your stay with us. We have a dog of our own and love pets and want to continue to be able to allow them here. Thank you for helping us make this possible. Remember it only takes 1 pet owner to ruin it for everyone.
